My girl friends threw me the best baby shower ever. The party was just an absolute success. I could tell that they had put a lot of thought and planning into the whole thing, because they pulled it off without a hitch.
After everyone arrived, we did the basic introductions where everyone introduced themselves and said how it was that they knew me. Then we started the games. The first one was one where everyone was instructed to never say “baby.” We were all given a yarn necklace with five safety pins. Every time someone said baby, the woman who called her out got one of her safety pins. We also did the one where they guess my tummy size using yarn. These women all thought I was bigger than I am, darn it! The real hoot was bottle races though. All these grown women were sucking on baby bottles to see who could finish first. I couldn’t stop laughing!
Then it was time for the gifts. They were just so thoughtful. One of my friends gave me a water distiller which I really appreciated. Another one of my friends who is a homeopathic practitioner brought an organic baby Moses basket which will come in very handy. All things said, I will remember that party forever.

Let me start by saying that I’m a pack-rat. Seriously, I still have papers I wrote for school over 10 years ago. I have no use for them, but they’re still sitting there in a box in the closet. So, in an effort to get past my hoarding, I’m going to start selling the things I no longer need.
This brings me to my main question: what should I do with old jewelry? I have 3 main options.
- 1. The first thing I was thinking about was selling it at an online auction. I’ve had a little bit of experience with these sites, but they’ve been hit or miss. Sometimes, my items sell for way more than I predicted, but other times they’ve sold for far less than I hoped. How does jewelry typically do on these sites?
- 2. Another thing I was considering is to sell gold for cash. If I sell gold jewelry, I can get the market value of gold from the company. Admittedly, I don’t have any idea what the current value of gold is, but it seems like this could be a good deal.
- 3. The last thing I briefly thought about was taking it to a pawn shop. But honestly, this isn’t really a viable option. Pawn shops tend to give you the lowest price for your stuff. I think that would be a rip-off.
What do you think I should do?

Earning an online associate degree is a better option now than ever before. Years ago, an online degree was a bizarre idea. How could students possibly meet the requirements of a degree without stepping foot inside a classroom? Can universities offering online degrees be trusted to hold their students to high standards? Are these online students prepared to work in the real-world dynamic social environment? Employers had to ask themselves these questions when considering prospective employees. Today, these questions have been answered. Accredited online universities are trusted sources of quality employees. Even those who earn a business administration associate degree online are highly sought, despite the great social demands placed upon managers. If anything, online students are more prepared for the modern, technological workplace. With the increasing importance of computers and long-distance communication, online degree holders find themselves ahead of the curve. Plus, an associate degree puts students two years closer to an online bachelors degree, which opens up even more possibilities. Whatever your area of interest, you can most likely find a matching associate degree to give you a leg up in the professional world. Try searching online for lists of possible degrees and start thinking about the best fit for you.

Sleep apnea is more than just an uncomfortable condition. It is actually a life threatening illness which should not go unattended. While there is assistance to be found through CPAP routines, undiagnosed or untreated sleep apnea can actually then lead to heart failure, heart attacks, heart disease and an irregular heartbeat in addition to other potential health hazards. Due to the severe nature of these threats, it is recommended to consult your physician right away if you feel you might be suffering from sleep apnea.
One of the most popular ways to treat sleep apnea is through a CPAP routine. Most individuals who stick to their CPAP routine enjoy great results. CPAP supplies help to ensure that those who are afflicted with sleep apnea are able to have their airways opened throughout the night. CPAP machines are combined with CPAP masks in order to make this possible. There are automatic and regular CPAP machines and a variety of mask options, including nasal pillows, nose masks and full face masks. This variety of equipment exists because it is important that the individuals wearing CPAP equipment are comfortable. Most individuals who don’t stick to their CPAP routine do so because they are uncomfortable. Because it is possible for 95% of the individuals who stick to their routines to enjoy the relief by using CPAP equipment, it is a shame for individuals to cease use due to discomfort.
